The end of the month wrap up!!

Well, it's the last couple days and time to tie up all those loose ends. I'm finishing up Septembers contest, closing out Augusts referrals, and getting Septembers newsletter ready. It seems the companies been busy with a variety of calls for squirrels, rats, raccoon, and opossum. Well, I better get moving, talk at ya later!

It's a good day to "live"

This mornings office conversation here at Nuisance Wildlife Relocation started with our owner Jeff's near death accident on top of the skyway yesterday. Jeff's F250 was slammed up against the cement guard rail by another vehicle and boy thats along way down! That sparked a conversation about Skyway jumpers and when does life get so bad that you'd be willing to jump off that bridge?!?!?!? I think life is great and you gotta take the good with the bad. Here's the good... it's the weekend, business is better than the same time last year, and Jeff didn't clear the railing. Ya gotta love it! Have WILD weekend.

MCOC @ Port Manatee!

Yesterday I attended the MCOC Function at Port Manatee. It was a nice turn out, I got to see alot of familar faces from my days at the ROO in Down town Bradenton. Not a lot of businesses that I think will beneficial to us but I did answer a lot of questions about what we do. Traded a few business cards and did a bunch of hand shakin'. All in all it was enjoyable and any form of advertising I believe is beneficial. Have a great and extra WILD weekend!

Finally Friday!!!

There's just something about Fridays right? It just feels good! Even though your ready for the weekend, somehow you can still manage to get things done. Interesting week here at Nuisance Wildlife Relocation. Tena and I have been contacting pest control companies that we don't work with regularly, letting them know about our company and the service we provide. You be suprised how many in the pest control business are completely oblivious to our field. For most its welcomed and it gives them someone to turn to when the customer requiresa service they don't provide. Some companies just simply aren't interested in having anything to do with what we do which is suprising to say the least. Anyways here's to anyone who reads this, hope you have a fun, productive, and WILD weekend. See ya Monday!!!!!!

From the Windy City to the Sunshine State

Waaaazzzzz UP PEOPLE!!!!!
First day back from my vacation in Chi Town, not at all what I expected. Yes I knew it was a big city with lots of people but for some reason I thought it would be a lot of Chicago natives downtown. Not at all, it was definitely a tourist city. We even tried to get away from the major tour site seeing areas, off the beaten path. We were still surrounded by a sea of foreign languages. Despite not really getting to experience a large amount of local flavor, I great time with a lot of firsts. First time on a train, first time on the Chicago water taxi, first time eating authentic Chicago style pizza, first time having a combo (Italian sauage and beef), and my first time in a REALLY tall building. My favorite had to be the dive bar blues establishments, wow was that great! If you didn't all ready know I'm a musician and a huge fan of all music, especially the Blues. It was amazing! we got to see 4 truly great unsigned blues artists. It was another lesson in REAL music and artistry. I could go on for days about what experience in the Windy City but I think you should go experience it for your self. Well, back to reality here at Nuisance Wildlife Relocation. Time to get my nose back to the grindstone and catch some critters! Have wonderfully hot and WILD week!
